Humidity Reliability Test

Humidity testing can be completed by using the direct condensation and indirect effect.

Direct condensation is the formation of water droplets on a device that can cause direct damage to susceptible components. Indirect effect can vary in form but generally involves moisture reaching sensitive components that cannot operate correctly in a moisture-filled environment.

Humidity Stress is often introduced during the temperature cycles to produce visible condensation and frosting or freezing. This test occurs when such conditions can be expected in field service.

Scope of service: heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance of various materials. It is suitable for testing the quality of electronics, electrical appliances, mobile phones, communications, instruments, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, medical care, aerospace and other products.
